CVDA's third and final Winter Webinar will feature Dr. Christine Cormier of Atlantic Equine Services.

Prepurchase exams can range from basic to very involved. They also can be very stressful! Come learn about the range, and what type of diagnostic tools are used at each level of a PPE.  We'll try to give you some insight into where on the continuum your horse purchase might fall, and why, as well as any dressage-specific diagnostics you might need.

Dr. Cormier was born in Ontario, Canada, and grew up in Michigan. She began riding at just three years old, enjoying both dressage and three-day eventing. She completed her BS in Animal Science at Michigan State University and attended Ross University for her veterinary degree. Following graduation, she completed an internship in Kentucky where she gained extensive training in all aspects of equine practice. She is certified by the Chi University in equine acupuncture. Dr. Christine joined Atlantic Equine Services in 2016 as a sports medicine fellow and continues with the practice as an associate veterinarian.
